1. Registration for our events

Registration takes place via our website only: www.isaca.ch.
Registrations a considered in the order in which they are received. They will be confirmed electronically (e-mail).

2. Cancellation or change in the event programme

The ISACA Switzerland Chapter reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change events due to insufficient participants or for other reasons. Participants will be notified electronically (website and/or e-mail). Seminar fees already paid will be credited or refunded on request. Beyond this, there is no entitlement to compensation.

3. Chargeable Events

Registration deadline

  • The registration deadline for fee-based events is 10 working days before the start of the event or, if different, according to the information in the respective announcement.

Terms and conditions of payment

  • The seminar costs are to be paid at the latest 5 days before the start of the event or according to the details on the corresponding invoice.

Cancellation / Consequences of costs

  • Cancellations must be made by e-mail to the contact address given.
  • Cancellations up to 10 working days before the event or by the registration deadline are free of charge.
  • Cancellations 9 working days before the event, or after the registration deadline and/or in the event of no-show, the participation fees are to be paid in full.
  • If participants are unable to attend, a substitute participant can be named. Substitute participants must be notified to the organiser in writing (via e-mail). The participation fee owed remains unchanged.

4. Events free of charge

  • The registration deadline is the day of the event, unless otherwise stated in the announcement.
  • Cancellation by e-mail in case of inability to attend is desired.

5. Seminar documents / Presentations by the speakers

Seminar documents and presentations provided by speakers may be used by participants in the context of their professional activities (internal information/training).
The storage and publication of these documents and presentations in public networks or storage media is not permitted. The further use of content requires the consent of the copyright holder. Furthermore, participants are prohibited from making video, audio or photo recordings of the presentations during the event.

6. General information and place of jurisdiction

The ISACA Switzerland Chapter accepts no liability for electronic delivery errors. Any conditions deviating from these general terms and conditions are set out in the respective individual invitations and apply accordingly. The place of jurisdiction is at the registered office of the respective President.
