SheLeadsTech was proud to be part of WeTechTogether 2026, bringing together women from across technology, cybersecurity, governance and business for two days of learning, connection and inspiration.
The programme explored some of the issues shaping the future of technology and careers – from AI governance and responsible adoption to cybersecurity, leadership, belonging and the continued underrepresentation of women in ICT.
A recurring message throughout the event was the importance of continuous learning, visibility, meaningful networks and creating environments where women feel they belong and can progress.
The sessions also highlighted that, as AI and technology continue to reshape organisations, career resilience increasingly depends on staying curious, developing relevant skills and understanding how we can continue to create value.
Beyond the presentations and workshops, some of the most valuable moments came through conversations – women sharing experiences, supporting one another, making new connections and opening doors for those earlier in their careers.
This spirit reflects what SheLeadsTech is about: encouraging more women into technology, supporting their progression and leadership, and building a community where women can learn from and advocate for one another.
