SheLeadsTech Mission

Building inclusion and equity for women in Cybersecurity, Governance Risk Management and IT Audit in Switzerland.
SheLeadsTech is a community committed to increasing diversity in these professions in Switzerland. With the support of our global network, we empower women to overcome professional challenges, advance their careers, and strengthen their skills.

Our initiatives equip experienced professionals with tools to excel, grow as leaders, and expand their self-awareness. Through the ongoing exchange of experiences and perspectives, we help foster a more inclusive and sustainable corporate culture in technology and innovation.

Our Goals

Networking, visibility and professional development for women

  • Networking and Community Building

    We aim to connect women within ISACA to build a strong network that shares knowledge, experience and resources.
    Through regular meetings, events and discussions, we provide a platform for networking and learning from one another.

  • Collaboration

    By working together with other organisations, networks, initiatives and event organisers who share our goals – whether in terms of expertise or diversity – we encourage the mutual exchange of ideas and support one another in overcoming challenges and gaining new perspectives.

  • Visibility and Empowerment

    We are committed to increasing the presence of women in the fields of cybersecurity and GRC, recognising their achievements and promoting their skills. Through targeted events, publications and discussions, we aim to raise awareness of the significant role women play in these fields.
